WEBSITE INQUIRIES & BUSINESS CONTACTS

How RISVO handles the information you send us.

What we collect, why we use it and how to request correction or deletion.

Effective August 20, 2026. For business inquiries, not consumer purchases.
INFORMATION WE RECEIVE

Only the information needed to review and follow up on a business request.

The quick inquiry form asks for a product or sourcing need, company name, estimated annual purchase or project volume, a business email address and any optional details you choose to add. The detailed brief may also collect your name, company, customer type, intended market, product specifications, application, volumes, packaging, sourcing problem, requested services and other project information you enter.

Both forms create a website inquiry record and short reference. Optional drawings, label photos or attachments sent later by email are handled by your email provider and RISVO's Google Workspace mailbox and may be connected to that reference.

Please do not send confidential drawings, trade secrets, payment information or other sensitive material through the public forms. RISVO will agree an appropriate exchange method when a project requires restricted information.

USE & SERVICE PROVIDERS

Inquiry records support evaluation, communication and basic website protection.

RISVO uses inquiry information to assess commercial fit, respond to the sender, clarify specifications, coordinate a potential project, maintain an inquiry record and protect the website from misuse. RISVO does not sell website inquiry information.

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Website inquiries are processed by a Cloudflare Worker and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. A protected notification workflow may use Google services, including Google Workspace email and Google Apps Script, to notify RISVO and send an acknowledgement to the address supplied.

When a request progresses, RISVO may share the minimum necessary project information with relevant suppliers, inspection, logistics, customs or other specialist partners. The scope and confidentiality requirements should be agreed before restricted technical information is shared.

RETENTION & YOUR REQUESTS

Records are kept for a business purpose. They are not published as website content.

Inquiry records are retained while RISVO evaluates or works on the request and for a reasonable period afterward for correspondence, project history, security and business recordkeeping. Retention is reviewed according to the status of the inquiry; RISVO does not currently promise an automatic deletion date for every record.

You may ask RISVO to provide, correct or delete the business contact information you submitted. Some information may need to be retained when it is connected to an active project, contract, legal obligation, dispute, security record or other legitimate business record.

RISVO is a U.S.-registered company with China-side operating coverage and service providers in more than one country. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you submitted it. RISVO applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
